YEAR OF ESTABLISHMENT: The Company was registered in April, 2004 and started broadcasting from Maswa Station on 5^th July 2004. H.E. President Kikwete officially launched the broadcasting services on 26^th August 2007. ISO Channel production from Dar es Salaam started in August 2008.

PRODUCTS: Terrestrial and Satellite radio broadcasting services, Main products include development, commercial and interactive news and entertainment programmes focusing East Africa.

COVERAGE: A leading terrestrial broadcast now covering Dar/coast regions and 12 districts in Lake Regions of Tanzania (Shinyanga, Maswa, Kahama, Bariadi, Kishapu, Meatu, Bunda, Magu, Misungwi, Kwimba, Nzega, and Igunga).

RATINGS: Independent media surveyors estimate that close to 3 million audiences regularly listen to SIBUKA FM Radio weekly. Over satellite, SIBUKA FM Radio is tuned on by many people throughout Tanzania, East Africa and beyond.

NETWORK: SIBUKA FM Radio is networking with a number of East African FM Radios through its ISO Channel. These facilities include Star FM Radio and TV of Kisii, Kenya; Radio Kwizera of Ngara, Tanzania, 10 other own booster stations in Tanzania, etc.

OTHER ACTIVITIES: Sibuka FM Ltd also owns TV SIBUKA through the Star Times multiplex on Channel No.6.
